Orlissa is committed to providing clear and reliable shipping information. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time may begin processing the same business day when possible.
  • Orders placed after the daily cutoff begin processing on the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Shipping Time

After shipment, estimated standard delivery is 6–9 business days.

Total estimated delivery time, including processing, is approximately 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of destination, weather, carrier operations, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, order details, and the selected method. Any charge will be displayed before payment. If free shipping is offered, eligibility will be shown on the website or at checkout.

Order Tracking

After shipment, we will send a confirmation email containing available tracking information. Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier to activate tracking events.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or import fees under the destination country's rules. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur because of customs clearance, severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or peak shipping seasons. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins and are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an address supplied incorrectly, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking indicates that a package is lost or it has not arrived within the expected period, contact us. We will review the tracking information and work with the carrier to seek an appropriate resolution.
